MassChallenge's accelerators welcome top entrepreneurs worldwide, offering the tools, resources, mentorship, and opportunities needed for transformative impact. Their early-stage programs provide global reach and are based in strategic geographic hubs. Notably, all programs take zero equity from participants.

Accelerator Locations and Formats
U.S. Early Stage Programs:
Focus on industry-specific acceleration.
Hybrid model with physical locations in Boston, MA and Dallas, TX.
Switzerland Program:
4-month accelerator with a hybrid format.
Based in Renens, Switzerland.
Israel Program:
4-month accelerator hosted in Jerusalem, Israel.
UK Program:
4-month hybrid accelerator based in London, UK.

How to Apply

How to Apply
MassChallenge uses a competitive selection process for startups:

Register and Create a Profile:
Visit MassChallenge Accelerate.
Create your founder and startup profiles.
Submit Your Application:
Choose the program(s) you’re interested in.
Complete and submit the application form.
Judging Process
MassChallenge uses a multi-round judging system:

Round 1:
Applications are reviewed online by an international panel of judges who have undergone bias training.
Each application is evaluated by at least three judges, with personalized feedback provided.
Round 2:
Shortlisted startups pitch to a panel of judges or challenge partners, either in-person or virtually.
Comprehensive Feedback:
All applicants receive feedback on their online submissions.
Semi-Finalists receive detailed feedback on their pitches.
Eligibility Criteria
Early-Stage Accelerator Programs (Boston, Israel, Switzerland, Mexico, Texas):

Open to startups across all industries from anywhere in the world.
Must have raised less than $1M in equity-based funding.
Must generate less than $2M in annual revenue.
Should aim to make a significant impact in their industry or globally.
Vertical Programs (MassChallenge HealthTech & FinTech):

Open to industry-specific startups.
Must have raised less than $10M in equity-based funding.
Must generate less than $10M in annual revenue.
If a startup exceeds these guidelines, it can still apply and provide additional details about its funding.
